Amenities & Equipment

Though our facility is truly one-of-a-kind, we’re still a gym with all the necessary equipment you need or would expect regardless of age, fitness level, or familiarity with gym participation.  You can CrossFit and perform HIIT training just as easily as you can begin your very first exercise program or rehab.  That said, most of our members are fairly new to exercise or it has been quite awhile since they participated and felt they were in shape.  For this reason and others, we keep our membership small.  You need your space without being the eye of attention or waiting on equipment, and we prefer a clean, non-intimidating gym without muscle-heads (no offense muscle-heads, you have other gyms 😊).

Amenities:

  • Training areas for free weights, cross-fitting, stretch/yoga/Pilates, machines, and turf exercises.
  • Infrared sauna to promote calorie burning, detoxification, and overall health (how many calories?).
  • Individualized changing rooms with filtered showers, towel service, and organic toiletries.

  • Workout towels provided.

  • Exclusive access to the private Belmont Hotel swimming pool and outdoor lounge area.

Equipment:

  • Functional training equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, cable machines, squat racks, dumbbells & free weights, Landmine, heavy bag, balls & bands, balance boards, battle rope, and more!
  • Cardio equipment including treadmills, pushmill, stepmill, ellipticals, Concept-2 rower, Schwinn Airdyne, and recumbent and upright bikes.   • Turfed area to push and pull sleds, perform plyometrics and bodyweight exercises, carry weights and flip tires.
  • Ample area for yoga and to stretch that includes mats, blocks, foam rollers, massage balls, and stretching straps.
