If your goals are more athletic, strength or fitness related, we challenge you to “Test Your Will on the Hill.” Behind our club there’s a gradual hill to the pool that is easy to walk, but a completely different (and intense) experience to run, lunge, carry sandbags or push up a weighted wheelbarrow. It’s a workout that can be modified for the beginner or elite-level athlete. Using the hill is a great way to change-up your cardio routine, test your stamina and enjoy the outdoors.
