We earn our profits every day through voluntary exchange with our customers. We recognize that profits are essential to creating capital for growth, prosperity, opportunity, job satisfaction and job security. However, even with profit as a goal we will never sacrifice the customers’ best interest.
Focus on Our Communities & Environment
We recognize our responsibility to be active participants in our local communities. We give a minimum of 5% of our profits every year to a wide variety of community and non-profit organizations. In addition, we give bonuses to our Team Members for their involvement in community and service organizations.
Caring for Our Environment
We respect our environment and aim to contribute to its health by recycling wherever possible. An intimate understanding of how the environment contributes to our well-being (clean air, pure water, etc.) greatly influences how we operate as a business and how Team Members choose to live their lives.
