Chris believed before his formal education began, that he would be happy making a living if he simply pursued what he loved to do—hang out in a gym and talk to people about health and fitness.
With that in mind, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Winona State University (1993), conduct extensive research and develop sport-specific programs for the Rochester Mayo Clinic, manage a few gyms/clubs, and own an athletic development company (All-Star Development Systems, Inc.) and personal training studio in Dallas (Fit-Zone).

His passion and knowledge for how to live a healthy and happy life have driven him to share it with others. For this reason, developing a new brand of health club—a Vitality Club—has become his new passion and outlet for helping people live a healthy life while pursuing their dreams.
Brian Marquez—Personal Trainer
Brian is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He spent his first two years training clients in Austin before moving back to his hometown – Oak Cliff. He is now dedicated to making his hometown a more active and healthy community with his help…one person at a time.
What separates Brian from many other personal trainers is his ability to empathize with his clients and the challenges they face in life. He doesn’t believe training has to be militant in order to be effective. In fact, encouraging and sympathetic words can have a more positive effect on changing the body than the “perfect” exercise program.

Sam Stuard—Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
Coaching is my passion! For the past six years I have helped clients reach their health, fitness and performance goals while refining my skills as a fitness professional, licensed massage therapist, and holistic lifestyle advocate. I combine fundamentals and cutting-edge training techniques in an effort to benefit my clients as quickly as possible and assure long-term success for the years ahead.
My holistic training approach focuses first and foremost on teaching and empowering you to be self-sufficient while pursuing your health & fitness goals. Some of the techniques/skills I utilize to achieve these goals includegoal-setting, integrated assessments, nutrition consulting, functional movement training, corrective exercise, and massage therapy. The perfect blend is unique to every individual.
My experience has been a mixture of personal training, group fitness and rehabilitation. I enjoy all of these equally, just as I enjoy working with all ages and all fitness levels. I am passionate about the people I work with and understand that it takes TEAMWORK to make the DREAM WORK. I’ll empower you to change your life, and in turn, you’ll help others.
DeMarcus Wilson—Personal Trainer
DeMarcus received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Arkansas Monticello in 2006, where he also played collegiate basketball. He has been training clients over the past 10 years while achieving certifications through NASM, NCSF, and NESTA. His training has taken him to Lifetime Fitness, and 24 Hour Fitness where he held the position of Fitness Manager.
DeMarcus enjoys helping others achieve long and short-term goals through the development of habits that contribute to living a healthy lifestyle. He is a great motivator and professional trainer who uses his knowledge and experience to develop individualized fitness programs that best suit his clients needs. While he is an elite personal trainer, he is also a full-time Dallas Fireman/Paramedic.
Janet Leung—Personal Trainer
Janet is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and she believes that everyone can benefit in his or her daily life from exercise. No matter how busy our schedules become, setting aside at least 30 minutes a day to walk, to lift weights, or just to get your heart rate up will have long lasting effects on our quality of life as we age. Having advised and trained several team members to be successful in corporate weight loss challenges, Janet recognizes that everyone has a different story that affects their journey to a healthier life, so she tailors every personal training plan to her client’s capabilities and aspirations.
In her free time, Janet is an avid rock climber and enjoys running obstacle courses like Spartan and Tough Mudder.
