Our Oak Cliff / West Dallas neighborhood gym is enjoyed by many who exercise on their own, but professional, personal training is what we’ve become known for over the past 14 years. Our personal trainers are very well educated and capable to work with advanced programming (ex., sports training), but we cater much more to the beginner, middle-aged, and those who are having a hard time with weight loss, aches and pains, and other health concerns.
Purchasing a gym membership is one thing. Knowing how to best use the gym and all the various equipment, safely and effectively is another thing. Exercise programming gets even more complicated if you have specific goals, injury/pain issues, or are a novice to weight training. Hiring a personal trainer to direct your fitness training is no different than hiring a mechanic to fix your car or lawyer for legal troubles. It is well worth the investment to avoid unnecessary setbacks and to get the job done right!
