About Us

A Personalized, Holistic Approach to Feeling Better, Getting Stronger, and Losing Weight After 40

If you’re over 40, you may already be thinking:

“Why isn’t this working anymore?”
“I’m doing my best, but I’m not seeing results.”
“Is this just how it is now?”

You’re not alone—and more importantly, it’s not a lack of effort.

For most people, the real issue isn’t motivation. It’s that the typical fitness approach—generic workouts, one-size-fits-all plans, and pushing harder without addressing recovery—simply doesn’t work the same way it used to.

That’s exactly why Clairevista exists.

Located in West Dallas / Oak Cliff and serving the greater Dallas area since 2000, Clairevista was built around a different idea: your body, your lifestyle, and your goals require a personalized, holistic approach.

A More Personalized Way Forward

At Clairevista, we don’t believe in forcing your body into a pre-built program.

We take the time to understand:

  • Your current fitness level
  • Past injuries or limitations
  • Your schedule, stress levels, and lifestyle
  • What you actually want to achieve

From there, we guide you with a plan that’s built specifically for you—so you can make progress without burnout, frustration, or setbacks.

A Holistic Approach That Actually Works

Real, lasting results—especially after 40—don’t come from workouts alone.

They come from addressing the full picture:

  • Strength and movement so your body feels capable again
  • Recovery and pain relief so you can stay consistent
  • Nutrition and lifestyle habits that support weight loss and energy
  • Stress management and mental clarity so you don’t feel constantly drained

At Clairevista, these aren’t separate services—they’re integrated into one cohesive approach designed to help your body respond and improve.

“My coach has helped me reach numerous goals over the past few years while emphasizing a ‘balanced life.’  He examined and corrected postural stress issues.  He determined my ideal foods through Metabolic Typing, recommended stress-reduction techniques, provided specific bodywork for pain-relief, and designed (with his team of specialists) natural health solutions for hormone imbalances, fatigue, and digestive problems.  What are we working on now?  Hiking to the top of Kilimanjaro the fall of 2008!”

A Team That Supports Every Part of Your Progress

Instead of trying to figure everything out on your own, you’ll have a team working with you:

  • Personal trainers to guide safe, effective workouts
  • Massage therapists to reduce pain and improve recovery
  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaches to simplify what actually works
  • Yoga and mobility instructors to restore flexibility and control

Everything works together to help you lose weight, build strength, improve energy, and feel better day to day.  It’s a healthy and sustainable approach to living a healthy and active life.

An Environment Designed for Your Health

Your surroundings matter more than most people realize.

That’s why Clairevista was intentionally built as a clean, non-toxic, and sustainable space, with whole-house water filtration, medical-grade air purification, and environmentally responsible materials.  Even our equipment reflects this philosophy, with many non-electric options and some that generate energy as you use them.

We’ve created a space that feels different and supportive on purpose—plants throughout, intentional colors and design that promote comfort, a gentle hint of essential oils in the air, and music that supports your experience without overpowering it.

It’s all designed to support how you feel—not just how you perform.

A Community That Makes It Easier to Stay Consistent

We intentionally limit our membership to create a more personal, supportive experience—while also making sure you can use your time here efficiently.

You won’t find yourself waiting on equipment or navigating crowded spaces. Instead, you can move through your workouts smoothly, stay focused, and get in and out without unnecessary delays.

It’s a place where people feel comfortable, supported, and able to prioritize their health—whether that means losing weight, reducing stress, or simply taking time to recharge.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Health That Extends Beyond Our Walls

We believe taking care of your health should also contribute to something bigger.

That’s why $1 from every membership goes toward global reforestation through onetreeplanted.org—supporting a healthier world while you improve your own.

Find What Works for You

Whether you’re just getting started or ready for a more guided approach, Clairevista gives you a clear, personalized path forward.

If you’re ready to stop guessing—and start making progress that actually lasts—we’re here to help.

Denise Bustillos

Yoga & Breathwork Instructor

Denise began her yoga journey right after college in 2004 while taking a yoga class on a rooftop in Dallas. It is here that she was inspired by yogis of all levels and found playfulness in the practice. Her yoga foundation was built through her practice with a multitude of amazing teachers at Tsada Yoga studio in Dallas. This sparked a desire to explore many styles of yoga as well as tai chi and meditation. Her yoga practice helped her find inner-strength and self-care/love.

While completing Yana Shala’s ‘Manifest Your Inner Teacher’ program, Denise expanded her knowledge, added Ayurvedic practices to her yoga journey, and received a 200HR yoga instructor certification. Barb Totzke and Douchka Lecot, as mentors, and the Yana Shala community created the space for Denise to find her inner teacher and natural desire to help others find healing and self-care through yoga and Ayurveda. Denise’s teaching style is a vinyasa/hatha combo, a nice mix of flow and empowering poses with a desired goal to help others connect to inner-self through the breath, physical practice, and a touch of playfulness.

Denise instructs group classes facilitating deep stretch and relaxation while incorporating breathwork in order to reduce mental stress and unwind the body. This is a great opportunity to bring recovery to the body from the exercise you do or from everyday life.

She also performs private yoga and/or breathwork sessions that create the opportunity to tailor your yoga practice to your individual needs related to tightness, mobility, and recovery. Breathwork is incorporated into each session to reduce tension, open the heart, and center oneself to the present moment. Breathwork can also be used to improve lung capacity and learn different breathing techniques that can be applied in everyday life to reduce stress and tension.

Brian Pruzzo

Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, & Yoga Instructor

Brian performs bodywork for stress reduction, pain relief, and improved mobility by focusing on tissue manipulation that achieves facial balance, muscle activation and joint mobilization. His approach looks at the whole body and works the long myofascial kinetic lines. Generalized Swedish massage for relaxation is available, but he is known for more specific bodywork to facilitate pain relief and ease of movement. Often this work is done with clients wearing exercise or flexible clothing, which allows the movement of arms and legs to facilitate release of tension, and utilizes more acupressure than rubbing the skin; addressing deeper tissues and restrictions while keeping the blood flow where it can best promote healing. Brian also teaches corrective exercises to his clients for his work to continue to last and progress.
