There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to diet, exercise programming, weight loss, pain relief, or any other health or fitness goal. Understanding this is foremost in our approach. We have an array of services (listed below) that we recommend on a case-by-case basis as we come to understand who you are, where you’re at, and how you want to live.
Our Services
- Personal training: ideal for those who are just beginning their fitness journey, need extra attention because of injury concern, or need specialized training related to a specific personal goal. The one-on-one nature of personal training allows time to integrate complimentary aspects of nutrition and stress management.
- Small group training: consists of up to 4 members being led by a coach through safe and effective workouts. This is a great option for those who need motivation, support, and coaching related to exercise. To share workouts with other members who have similar goals is a fun and supportive way to enjoy exercise.
- Nutritional programming: as important (if not more so) than exercise when it comes to health & fitness related goals. We implement highly individualized nutritional programming utilizing technology such as Metabolic Typing© and MRT® food sensitivity testing, as well as integrating where appropriate anti-fungal/parasite protocols and detoxification/purification programs.
- Holistic stress management and life coaching: life’s many demands, competing priorities, cravings/addictions, STRESS…are just a few of the reasons why we make unhealthy decisions and fall off the exercise and/or diet programs we commit to. Managing the many stressors of life, and maintaining motivation and energy to pursue your goals, is key to establishing a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
- Massage and MPS therapy: for relaxation and pain relief. Massage can be an essential component for working through tight tissues and trigger points that contribute to aches and pains. It’s also a great way to promote relaxation and recovery from exercise and stress. MPS therapy is most similar to acupuncture, and can be utilized to help numerous conditions such as anxiety, bursitis, carpal tunnel, chronic fatigue, headaches, IBS, sciatica, tennis elbow, etc. Schedule a massage or MPS treatment now!
- Psychotherapy: discover and work through the root cause of behavioral issues and trauma that impair your ability to sustain a healthy and happy life.
- Yoga, Tai-Chi, Qi Gong, & breathwork: classes and individual sessions to assist with balancing the body’s energy levels, combat the ill-effects of stress, and promote overall well-being.
- Head-to-toe and inside-out, whole-body assessments that aim to find the root cause of health and injury issues, including musculo-skeletal pain, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, weight loss concerns, general malaise, and other issues contributing to poor health and function.
