About Clairevista Holistic Health & Fitness

Located in West Dallas and serving the Oak Cliff and Dallas area now since 2000, we are the only fitness facility in Dallas (perhaps globally) that provides a non-toxic and green environment. This began during our build-out using high efficiency, recycled, and sustainable products. It continued by installing a whole-house water filtration system and two medical grade air filters. All our toiletries and cleaning products are organic and/or non-toxic. Most of our training equipment either doesn’t use electricity or better yet, actually generates electricity while you use it to help power the club. How cool is that?!?

We know there’s SO much that influences how we think and feel that we sought out everything from Feng Shui to Light Therapy to help in ways you may not observe, but your body feels. We also believe in having an impact outside of the local community we serve. For this reason, $1 of every member’s dues goes to onetreeplanted.org to support reforestation. One dollar = one tree planted.

We limit our membership to 300 and if you’re “good people,” you’re welcome to join the Clairevista family. We want you to move your body and feeeeeel good as you give yourself a little “me time.” Work out your daily stress, detox and burn calories in our infrared sauna, or pamper yourself with a massage. Find your healthy break away from the concrete jungle and life’s demands. Whether you want to do your own thing or get some help… our team is here for you.

His passion and knowledge for how to live a healthy and happy life have driven him to share it with others. For this reason, developing a new brand of health club—a Vitality Club—has become his new passion and outlet for helping people live a healthy life while pursuing their dreams.

Renee Borrayo

Holistic Personal Trainer

As a N.A.S.M Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Weight Loss Specialist I lead with a heartfelt passion for empowering everyone around me. As a single mother of three children, I can also understand the challenges of balancing family and personal goals. My health journey is Personal. In 2014, I committed myself to lose 90 pounds, but my plan was not sustainable in the long term. After losing the weight, like most, I got comfortable.. Then, yep you guessed it.. I gained every pound back. So, I recommitted myself and promised myself this time would be different. It HAD to be. I trained and ate properly, taking the slower approach. This was life changing. Since experiencing firsthand the transformative power of SELF, I’ve found my calling as a Health and Fitness Coach. Combining my passion for overall wellness, with a love for connection, guiding my clients on their paths to self-discovery and self-love. Everyone deserves to feel confident and at peace in their own skin.

Join me in this journey to Self Love! —one empowering step at a time!

Denise Bustillos

Yoga & Breathwork Instructor

Denise began her yoga journey right after college in 2004 while taking a yoga class on a rooftop in Dallas. It is here that she was inspired by yogis of all levels and found playfulness in the practice. Her yoga foundation was built through her practice with a multitude of amazing teachers at Tsada Yoga studio in Dallas. This sparked a desire to explore many styles of yoga as well as tai chi and meditation. Her yoga practice helped her find inner-strength and self-care/love.

While completing Yana Shala’s ‘Manifest Your Inner Teacher’ program, Denise expanded her knowledge, added Ayurvedic practices to her yoga journey, and received a 200HR yoga instructor certification. Barb Totzke and Douchka Lecot, as mentors, and the Yana Shala community created the space for Denise to find her inner teacher and natural desire to help others find healing and self-care through yoga and Ayurveda. Denise’s teaching style is a vinyasa/hatha combo, a nice mix of flow and empowering poses with a desired goal to help others connect to inner-self through the breath, physical practice, and a touch of playfulness.

Denise instructs group classes facilitating deep stretch and relaxation while incorporating breathwork in order to reduce mental stress and unwind the body. This is a great opportunity to bring recovery to the body from the exercise you do or from everyday life.

She also performs private yoga and/or breathwork sessions that create the opportunity to tailor your yoga practice to your individual needs related to tightness, mobility, and recovery. Breathwork is incorporated into each session to reduce tension, open the heart, and center oneself to the present moment. Breathwork can also be used to improve lung capacity and learn different breathing techniques that can be applied in everyday life to reduce stress and tension.

Brian Pruzzo

Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, & Yoga Instructor

Brian performs bodywork for stress reduction, pain relief, and improved mobility by focusing on tissue manipulation that achieves facial balance, muscle activation and joint mobilization. His approach looks at the whole body and works the long myofascial kinetic lines. Generalized Swedish massage for relaxation is available, but he is known for more specific bodywork to facilitate pain relief and ease of movement. Often this work is done with clients wearing exercise or flexible clothing, which allows the movement of arms and legs to facilitate release of tension, and utilizes more acupressure than rubbing the skin; addressing deeper tissues and restrictions while keeping the blood flow where it can best promote healing. Brian also teaches corrective exercises to his clients for his work to continue to last and progress.

B Bass

Personal Trainer

My goal is to help people achieve their fullest potential and put a smile on their face while doing it. I want to reintroduce the joys of physical exercise by not just increasing your health and fitness but showcasing how it can be a journey of self-discovery.

During my fitness journey, I’ve rehabbed multiple torn ligaments in my shoulders and my knee. I’ve worked myself back into shape after semesters of beers and pizzas. Also, I trained myself to step on stage time for a bodybuilding competition. I even started to regularly give health advice to friends and coworkers for a few years. So in 2019, I became certified as a personal trainer. I wanted to make sure if I was giving advice, it was the right advice.

Whether you are looking to get back to your playing weight, get stronger, or discover a better self, I am here to help. And yes, legally, my first name is just the letter B. Join one of my classes, and I’ll be happy to tell you the story.
